Terms of Service & User Agreement

1. Eligibility Rules

By registering, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

2. Account Responsibilities

4. Messaging Rules & Conduct

Communication within our platform must remain respectful, consensual, and appropriate. Harassment, threats, hate speech, or persistent unwanted contact will result in immediate suspension. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against soliciting illegal activities or commercial services (including escorting or paid physical encounters) through our messaging system.

Members are encouraged to use the reporting features provided within the interface if they encounter prohibited conduct in their direct messages.

5. Subscription Terms & Billing Conditions

While basic registration may be free, premium features requiring a subscription provide enhanced access. By selecting a premium membership, you authorize us to charge the designated payment method. Prices are subject to change, but active subscriptions will be honored at the purchased rate until renewal.

All transactions are processed securely. You are responsible for ensuring that your billing information remains current to avoid interruption of premium services.

6. Renewal Policy & Refund Policy

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You can manage your subscription settings directly within your account dashboard.

Refunds: Generally, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Exceptions may be made solely at our discretion in cases of technical failure on our end or if mandated by local consumer protection laws. If you are banned for violating our prohibited conduct policies, no refund will be issued.

7. Safety Expectations & Prohibited Behavior

Your safety and the integrity of the platform are paramount. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and constitute a severe breach of this user agreement:

• Attempting to defraud or scam other members financially.
• Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the service.
• Distributing malware, viruses, or malicious links.
• Engaging in identity theft or creating fake profiles (catfishing).
• Promoting external commercial ventures or spamming members.

8. Content Ownership & Moderation Rights

You retain ownership of the content you post; however, by uploading it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute said content in connection with operating the service. We reserve moderation rights to review, remove, or edit any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these terms or harms the community standard.

9. Dispute Handling & Liability Limits

We act as a platform facilitating connections. We do not conduct background checks on all members and are not liable for the actions of users online or offline. You agree to use the service at your own risk.

In the event of a dispute arising from these terms, you agree to attempt informal resolution first. Our liability is strictly limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, and under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the service during the preceding twelve months.

10. Termination Terms

You may terminate your account at any time via your account settings. We retain the right to terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, and any active subscriptions will be forfeited.
